Causeway Cove

A major mixed-use proposal for South Beach that includes 913 residential units, 407 hotel rooms and 218 boat slips. Follow the project as questions surrounding density, traffic, height, zoning and the South Beach Overlay continue to be considered.

Boardwalk at the Inlet

A proposed waterfront development featuring two hotels with 175 rooms, 54 residences, a 20,000-square-foot event center, restaurants and 900+ parking spaces. We’re following its potential impact on traffic, density and the character of the inlet area.

Museum Pointe & Mega-Yacht Marina

A proposed waterfront project combining a mega-yacht marina, museum and cultural space, green space and public waterfront access. Key issues include the scale of the marina and ensuring promised public access and community benefits are clearly defined.

Beach Nourishment & Restoration
